You will have to manually extract the SATA/AHCI controller driver with something like 7-Zip (unless you have a blank floppy disk drive you would like to sacrifice)

I have no idea why, but that driver file wants and expects you to have a floppy disk to write to. If you extract it down, you can get the .inf files for installation.
